Why now

Coaching is one of the fastest-growing professions in the world — and the most crowded. What sets a coach apart isn't a certificate. It's the depth to meet a person where they actually are. The LCA is built for that depth.

What you'll walk away with

Six months from now, you'll have more than a credential.

A coaching methodology you can use in any conversation — at work, at home, in ministry, or with paying clients.

The confidence to hold high-stakes conversations without rushing to fix or rescue.

A repeatable framework grounded in neuroscience, somatics, and story work.

The credential and the business fundamentals to launch a paid practice — ICF ACC eligible.

A lifelong community of coaches who think, practice, and grow alongside you.

A deeper relationship with yourself — the whole-person work changes the coach first.

"The LCA didn't just teach me to coach. It changed how I show up in every relationship I have."

Questions people ask before they say yes

Do I need coaching experience?

No. Many participants are leaders, counselors, and pastors who've never called themselves "coaches." We start where you are.

Can I do this with a full-time job?

Yes. Two weekends plus online learning and calls is a rhythm designed for working professionals.

Will it help me start a practice?

Yes. Beyond methodology, we teach the business of coaching and graduate you ICF-eligible.

What if I'm not sure it's for me?

Reach out. We'll have an honest conversation about whether this is your right next step.

Is this your next step?

Have a question, or wondering if the LCA is right for you? We'd love to talk it through with you.
